How the Journey Unfolds
The Reclaiming You modules guide you through a structured, supportive journey of self-discovery, emotional growth, and relational change. Each module builds on the one before it, helping you understand what has shaped you, recognise unhelpful patterns, and develop the inner skills needed to relate with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Some modules focus on awareness and understanding, exploring how patterns form and how your inner world influences your relationships. Others are more experiential and forward-looking, supporting you to practise new ways of relating, strengthen your voice and boundaries, and integrate what you’re learning into everyday life.
Rather than offering quick fixes, the modules are designed to be worked through thoughtfully and at your own pace, allowing space for reflection, practice, and integration. The aim is not to perfect the work, but to build a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself that supports lasting change.

Live sessions alongside the modules offer space to reflect, ask questions, and deepen understanding. If you prefer a private setting, the same modular journey can also be experienced one-to-one.
Programme One: Awakening You
Building self-awareness, clarity, and emotional foundations
Programme One focuses on understanding what has shaped you and developing greater self-awareness. It supports you to clarify your values and intentions, recognise old patterns, and build the emotional foundations for lasting confidence and change.

Live Orientation - Setting the Scene
This opening session is a time to arrive, connect, and get oriented to the journey ahead. We’ll cover what to expect and how to navigate the programme platform, while exploring what supports meaningful and sustainable engagement with the work, so you feel grounded, supported, and ready to begin, creating the conditions that allow lasting change to unfold over time.

Module 1. Intention - Having a clear intention
We start by laying the foundations for the journey ahead. You will set clear intentions based on your values and hopes for the future, and begin clarifying what this next chapter of your life is about. This module supports you to move forward with greater clarity and a stronger sense of direction.

Module 2. Learn Self Awareness - Looking in the mirror
You will learn to self-reflect with empathy and gain insight into how you’ve come to be here. Self-reflection can feel raw and confronting at times, but it is a key step in understanding yourself more deeply and building authentic confidence.

Module 3. The Driving Seat - Living consciously
We explore the influence of your family and early experiences, and how they continue to shape your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. You will learn how to recognise and step out of patterns and cycles you may find yourself repeating, so you can make more conscious choices.

Module 4. Mindset Shift - Challenging the internal voice
This module focuses on living more intentionally and reducing self-sabotaging behaviours. You will learn how to identify and let go of limiting core beliefs, self-criticism, and perfectionism, while developing a stronger sense of self-trust and self-worth.

Module 5. Emotional Mastery - Finding emotional freedom
You will learn how to free yourself from reactive behaviours by better understanding your emotional triggers. This module supports you to develop self-regulation skills and learn how to deal with difficult feelings mindfully, so emotions no longer run the show.
Programme Two: Embodying You
Integration & Empowerment
Programme Two supports you to integrate and embody your growth. It focuses on finding your voice, strengthening boundaries, deepening connection, and living with greater confidence, purpose, and self-trust.

Module 6. Being Brave - Finding your voice
Learn the importance of having a voice and speaking up, even when it feels challenging. You will develop the ability to reflect on and express your feelings, wants, and desires, while practising positive self-expression, and tolerating risk, vulnerability, and openness to difference. You’ll also strengthen your capacity to listen, hear, and respond to others more effectively.

Module 7. - Stepping Into Your Power - Developing emotional muscle
You’ll learn how to move away from people-pleasing, over-functioning, and putting the needs of others ahead of your own. This module supports you to create healthy boundaries and practise assertive communication, including saying no without guilt, helping you reclaim your personal power and sense of self.

Module 8. The Dance - Relationship dynamics
Learn about relational dynamics, including the difference between intimacy and closeness, the influence of attachment adaptations, and how your 'love languages' play out in relationships. This module deepens your understanding of how you relate and how to create more balanced, conscious connections.

Module 9. Passion and Purpose - The life you aspire to have
After weeks of purposeful inner work, you’ll likely feel more confident and energised. This module invites you to explore your passions, values, and sense of purpose, and consider how you want to shape this next phase of your life in a way that feels meaningful and aligned.

Module 10. A New Baseline - Loving yourself
Loving yourself means prioritising you, and by this point, you’ve done the work to begin putting that into practice. In this module, we focus on anchoring a new baseline of self-care and self-respect, and exploring practices such as self-compassion, reflection, and gratitude that support ongoing growth and a more grounded, confident sense of self.

Live Integration - Moving forward
This closing session is a chance to reflect on the journey, bring together what you’ve learned, acknowledge the progress you’ve made, and celebrate your wins. We’ll identify any remaining challenges and explore practical strategies to help you continue forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust, carrying your learning and experience into everyday life in a way that feels embodied and sustainable.
